Keith Williams brings a lifetime of basketball experience to the TrueBounce Collective. A former standout at the University of Cincinnati who went on to play professionally overseas, Keith understands what it takes to compete at the highest levels of the game. His journey from collegiate athletics to the professional ranks provides young athletes with invaluable insight into discipline, perseverance, and preparation.

As a mentor within the Collective, Keith is committed to developing complete athletes—not just better basketball players. Through skill instruction, leadership coaching, and personal mentorship, he helps young people understand that success is built long before game day. His presence reinforces the Collective’s mission to prepare the next generation for excellence both on and off the court.

Chrystel Nunez

Author | Award-Winning Screenwriter | Youth Advocate

Chrystel Nunez is a gifted storyteller whose creativity has become a powerful tool for inspiring young people. She is the author of the children’s book Knock, Knock… Give a Sock, which encourages kindness, compassion, and community service through literacy. Chrystel is also the winner of the prestigious Writopia Screenwriting Contest for her original play Kidnapped, now available on Spotify.

As a member of the TrueBounce Collective, Chrystel demonstrates that leadership extends beyond athletics. Through writing, media, and the arts, she encourages young people to find their voices, tell meaningful stories, and create positive change. Her work reflects the Collective’s commitment to developing future leaders across sports, education, entrepreneurship, and the creative arts.

Ellie Robinson

Elite Youth Basketball Player | Community Leader | Founder of Ellie Day

Already recognized as one of the nation’s top-ranked fifth-grade basketball players and a member of the legendary NYC Gauchos AAU program, Ellie Robinson represents the future of youth athletics. Beyond her impressive accomplishments on the court, Ellie has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to giving back through Ellie Day, her Harlem-based community initiative that provides support and encouragement to neighborhood families and children.

As one of the youngest members of the TrueBounce Collective, Ellie proves that leadership has no age requirement. She inspires other young athletes to understand that greatness isn’t measured only by points scored, but by lives impacted. Ellie embodies the Collective’s belief that today’s athletes can become tomorrow’s community leaders.

Josiah Rushing

Student-Athlete | Football Player | Community Leader

Josiah Rushing is a socially conscious student-athlete entering his senior year at Eagle Academy in Queens. As a dedicated football player with aspirations of continuing his athletic and academic career at a Historically Black College or University (HBCU), Josiah understands the importance of using sports as a pathway to opportunity.

Beyond athletics, Josiah is passionate about serving his community and becoming a positive influence for younger students. As a member of the TrueBounce Collective, he represents the values of leadership, character, and accountability. His commitment to education, service, and athletic excellence makes him an outstanding role model for youth striving to reach their own goals.
